| Its been awhile. I wonder if anyone still reads these. No bother. I just got back from the beautiful and sunny mountains of Colorado. To me, its perfection. Next week I'm headed out to the other end of the Rockies to Calgary. I am literally counting down the minutes. I can't wait. This is looking like a pretty great summer. Livin' on the Northside with Laur, Heather and Julia in our tiny apartment where the ceiling falls down and our friendly backdoor bum leaves piles of poop to mark his territory. The scary thing is that what if this is the last summer like this? I mean, what if after we graduate everyone goes their seperate ways.... a little scary and a little sad, granted theres only a good 4 of us to hang out with these days but at least theres the excitment knowing that everyone will be back in august....and theres always a round of Circle of Death to look forward to. So, basically, if you're not in Chicago this summer, or I haven't seen you in a month or two or three, etc. I miss you loads . Yes, that means you. | | |

| I feel like this break is incredibly long. If I weren't leaving for Colorado tomorrow I think I would have been back at school about a week and a half ago. As it were, I am regretfully admitting that the most exciting thing in indiana are the absolutely horrible countdown shows on VH1....a distraction even worse than Judge Mathis, in my opinion. Fortunately, Ill be in Winter Park before long, skiing off my bordem with Jacob, Bradley and my momma. We might even get a little crazy and take a road trip up to Copper Mountain for a day ( that's where my brother lives/works ). Plus there is a Fear City show on Saturday when I get back...as one of their biggest fans I will try my hardest to be there. I can't wait to get back to school though, seriously. I miss everyone. That means you. In the meantime, the mountains are unbelievably beautiful. I choose yes.

| Margaret's post inspired me to make my own little list: Thing's I've learned this semester....
1. Disney is the frontrunner in the porn industry. ( Media & Society )
2. Macy Gray attends North Park and likes to hit herself in the head.
3. Dollar beer wed. and 8 am Thursdays do NOT mix well.
4. Red Bull should not be a substitute for alcohol.....it has horrible side effects.
5. There's no wrong answer.
6. It's a great thing we're too cheap to get cable tv.
7. When you leave a case of pop in your trunk and it drops below freezing the cans explode....all of them.
8. When you say Bobby Jenks, Bobby Jenks, Bobby Jenks....in fast succession before you make a wish, good things will happen. (eh hem, World Series O5 ...Holla )
9. I like Canada. eh?
10. Peanut Butter and Jelly on saltines does not equal dinner.... I miss ARA.
